Nous expédions votre commande avec une étiquette RETOUR. Si pour quelque raison que ce soit celle çi ne fonctionnait pas, nous vous invitons à prendre contact avec notre service client par email afin de vous envoyer une étiquette RETOUR par email.

 

Vous avez 30 jours à compter de la date de réception pour retourner votre article.

Lors du retour de l’article, replacez l’(les) article(s) dans leur emballage d’origine, accompagné(s) de tous les accessoires et documents fournis (étiquettes et patchs encore attachés, notices, garanties, certificats d’authenticité).

Si le ou les articles ne correspondent pas en taille, nous nous assurons de vous envoyer la bonne taille sur demande auprès de notre service client par email. Vous recevez votre commande avec une étiquette retour, à réception de votre colis retour, nous vous envoyons l'échange sous 15 jours maximum à date de réception de votre retour.

Nous vous recommandons de prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires afin de garantir sa protection. Le remboursement se fait automatiquement en référence au moyen de paiement utilisé sur notre site vanidadang.com. et ce sur un délai de 15 jours à date de réception de votre retour.

 

Nous ne traitons pas les remboursements pour les commandes faites sur les plateformes ou réseau de boutiques autre que sur notre site vanidadang.com.

Toute commandes passées AILLEURS que sur notre site vanidadang, par exemple Zalando et nos autres distributeurs sont traitées par nos distributeurs et partenaires directement. Nous vous prions par conséquent de prendre contact avec le service clientèle correspondant.

We are a Conscious brand. Aware of the negative impact of package returns, any purchase must be aware and considered, therefore the cost of returns will be borne by the buyer.

These will be deducted from the total amount of the order concerned.

You have 14 days to notify us of your return to DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE (email return@bloomingltd.com), either you return the item by choosing your own carrier, or you wish to receive a return label by email.

FREE RETURN in the following cases:

We make the return FREE in the case of an exchange of an item of the same value in size, color or other item of the same value, subject at the time of the exchange, to its availability in stock

Vanida Dang reserves the right to blacklist the customer who abuses item returns

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase for the return. The item(s) are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, properly packaged.

We will check the packaging and the returned item(s) before proceeding with the refund with or without deduction (see our conditions above) of the shipping costs.

The amount will be credited via the payment method used during your initial order. Vanida Dang is in no way responsible for the banking delays specific to each bank.

Similarly, Vanida Dang is in no way responsible for shipping times once the order has been placed via our carrier here UPS and or Colissimo... and any other carriers, for the shipment of your order or the return of the item(s).

Vanida Dang is an eco-responsible brand, on this, we reuse cardboard packaging, our packaging is compostable made of biodegradable material such as bamboo powder and or corn...

Our Vanida Dang packaging is priced at 12 €, 13 USD each, they are declined as follows:

Satin pouch, it comes in 3 sizes: large, medium and small

In a desire not to over-produce and to limit our planetary impact concerning the use and abusive consumption of packaging and packaging, all our shipments are made on the basis of items sent WITHOUT our packaging

The packaging is therefore to be ordered in addition when ordering item/items.

 

We ship worlwide using UPS, FeDex or your local postage.

Each purchase must be conscious because each piece is hand made, couture and send from our local warehouse in France or outside Europe. We have to reduce our ecological impact.

All parcels are protected inside compostable vegan plastic bags and our articles are coming inside 2 options package

1/ Customer has extra purchased our packaging boxes, paper magnet boxes.

All our packagings are extra charged and paid in addition to your articles

2/ Inside a silk pouch or compostable vegan bag

Due to Environmental purposes we ensure you on first buying process to send your item inside a compostable pouch or bag. For all repeat orders, except you clearly mention it, we will use normal package to save using plastics or paper.

FREE RETURN is for below situations. FROM JANUARY 22, 2023. FREE RETURN FOR EXCHANGE or BUYING CREDIT COUPON ( coupon valid for 12 months.)

We will accept the FREE RETURN and SEND YOU THE RETURN LABEL within 14 days maximum from date we receive your email ASKING for return.

You have to take the following steps in order to return merchandise correctly:

  1. Request the return label to return@vanidadang.com, indicating your order number and reasons why.
  2. Mark the box next to the product you want to return on the paper return sheet. Write in the reason code for the exchange or return.
  3. Place this sheet inside the original box along with the product you are returning.
  4. Stick the RETURN LABEL on the outside of the box and follow instructions
  5. Call UPS* or Any of our Third parties shipping company*  to notify the carrier so they can come pick up the return. OR GO to your nearest postage centers according to our third parties local centers to send back parcels.
  6. kindly note that for reducing our impact on our planet : 80% of the return solutions will request you to go to your nearest local centers. 

Within a few days you will receive the reimbursement for the return in the same way you made the payment.
The amount of time it takes for you to receive this reimbursement depends on your bank, not on vanidadang.com and VANIDA DANG.

How long do I have to return goods?

The time limit for returns is 30 days after the shipping confirmation email.

How will I receive my reimbursement?

Once the return has been APPROVED, you will receive the reimbursement in the same way you paid for the order, or a voucher can be issued for the amount of the item means the BUYING credit coupon valid 12 months from issuing date of it.

Details and Conditions Withdraw

8.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw for its purchase within 30 (THIRTY) days from the delivery date of the Products. For split Orders, the relevant term shall begin on the day of delivery of the latest Product.

8.2. In the event the Customer complies with the procedure set forth in the preceding paragraph, the courier appointed by DANG shall collect the parcel containing the Products to be returned with no charges to the Customer. If, on the other hand, the Customer does not comply with such procedure, the return costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in the delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

8.3. The Customer may also be communicated the address the Products must be returned to by contacting DANG at the following email address: return@vanidadang.com.

8.4. The Customer undertakes to return the Products for which he/she has exercised the relevant right of withdrawal without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 (THIRTY) days of the date the exercise of the right of withdrawal is notified to DANG, 30 days from the delivery date.

8.5. Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered. The Customer must therefore ensure that the Products are intact and complete, that they have never been used, worn or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, equipped with all the labels they were received with. DANG shall check the packaging and conditions of each Product returned, being the substantial integrity of such Products an essential requirement for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. DANG reserves the right to reject the return of such Products that should result to have been damaged, deteriorated, stained or appear to be in a condition that unequivocally shows that they have been used for purposes other than for those verifications by the Customer strictly necessary to ascertain the nature and features of the Product purchased. In the event the return is rejected, DANG shall send a specific notice to the Customer and shall consequently not proceed to credit the amount paid by the Customer, reserving as well the right to claim compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer's behaviour. 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, the Customer may choose between the rescission of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code. 7

8.6. DANG shall refund any amounts due for the Products returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which DANG becomes aware by the Customer WITH PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER AND RECEPTION OF PARCEL.

In any event, DANG reserves the right to withhold the refund either until receipt and verification of the Product or until proof by the Customer that he/she has returned the product duly and in intact conditions, whichever occurs first. The aforementioned refund shall be made by crediting the amount paid by the Customer with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Customer and provided that no costs are incurred as a result of the refund. DANG shall inform the Customer by email of refund of the amount.

8.7. DANG shall not be under the obligation to refund the delivery costs of the Products in the event the Customer has specifically selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by DANG.

8.8. The return of Products under this section is only permitted in respect of purchases made on the Website.
